When Patrick was a youngster, he had phobia of swimming. Just being near a pool would make his heart pound. But one day, this determined young Patrick decided he wasn't going to let water get the best out of him. One day, he approached his canoeing coach in college and asked if he could join the canoe club. The prerequisite was to be able to swim at least a lap. Patrick held his breath and took the plunge...., he made it to the canoeing team and won many medals eventually.

Patrick's face lights up whenever he's asked of his family. He is exemplary in his belief that his family matters the most. When he talks about his wife Roxanne and his daughter Chanel, it is clear he enjoys creating memories and treasures every moment spent around with them.

"My philosophy is that every day is a great day, if you don't agree, try missing one!" Patrick believes that when one is dedicated, success follows. This is apparent in everything Patrick is involved in from the time he canoed to his volunteer work to his current day hobbies of wine appreciation, biking and collecting antique watches. Perhaps his philosophy has shaped him into a dedicated realtor. Highly energetic and always on the go describes his personality. When you meet him, you'll be surprised to see how down-to-earth, patient and friendly he can be. He is also a man of compassion, he has taken in injured young birds fallen from their nests and nursed them back to health. He and his wife Roxanne love to have friends over and share a good meal. Patrick enjoys taking time to go for walks, stop and smell the flowers and listen to the sounds of nature.
